There is only one thing to remember about Personal Injury and that is that you have three years from the date of the accident to make a claim. This is the case whether or not the injury is sustained in a Road Traffic Accident, at work or otherwise.

Obviously, as with every other case, funding is necessary but it may be possible for us to arrange to conduct a case via a Conditional Fee Agreement with the necessary insurance in place so that should you, in the unlikely event, lose you would not be out of pocket.
